The headline is not the price. $8 is the entry figure; a configuration with the combined plan plus security plus screen recording is $24 per seat before anything else. Compare against what you will actually enable.

The add-ons tell you what the product is for. On-demand screenshots and increased screenshot frequency are not productivity analytics. They are surveillance capability, sold by the increment. Insider threat detection in the Enterprise tier is explicitly about identifying employees acting against the organisation — a security function, not a productivity one. None of that is hidden, and organisations buy it deliberately; it should just be named accurately rather than listed as a feature bullet.

For teams that want visibility without evidence-gathering:

• Dashboards on high-level summaries, not screenshot galleries.
• Relative trends shareable instead of absolute per-person hours.
• Visibility chosen per summary by the person it belongs to — private, team, org or public.
• Optional mood tracking, so the signal is burnout risk rather than activity volume.
• Screenshots are never stored. Processed in real time, immediately deleted; only derived structured activity persists. Excluded apps are redacted on your machine before anything is sent. And the limit, stated honestly: this cannot prove anything about an individual to a third party, and it has no insider-threat function. Those are deliberate absences, which makes DoneThat the wrong tool if either is your requirement.
